Kissimmee is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kissimmee follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The cashier was great. I order 2 sandwiches today. One tripleta that one was made fine. The oder one ham n cheese only I repeated ham n cheese only a couple of times. So they gave me the sandwiches and I left. Drove half hour n when I opened my sandwich it had ketchup n mayo so I had to throw it out because I can't eat mayo. So if a customer order something why can you make it like the customer wants it. I waited my money. So if you order something from here make sure you check everything before you leave the restaurant. Oh I try to call n it doesn't let me connect to tell them

We decided to stop in after seeing the positive reviews, and I was especially excited to try the steak sandwich. I ordered it with just mayo, but it came out with both mayo and ketchup, which I had specifically asked to avoid. Unfortunately, that was disappointing. On the other hand, my husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and really enjoyed it. The service left a lot to be desired. When we mentioned it was our first visit, the cashier didnβt offer any guidance or explanation about the menu. We had to ask several questions, and it felt like that was met with frustration rather than helpfulness. The wait time for our food was also quite long. While we were waiting, a few regular customers came in, and it was clear they received much warmer service and even got their orders before we did. Overall, it wasnβt a great experience, and it didnβt feel very welcoming to new customers. Unfortunately, I donβt plan on returning.

Very nice sandwich shop. Portions feed 2, lol. Friendly service, delicious food, and nice decor. Only downside is canned/bottled drink instead of fountain. The Tripleta and Cuban were both delicious!
